• Where is the store based?

  Marietta, GA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! The main reason for opening this store was to give people who can't visit my booth at a convention an opportunity to buy my wares!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, domestic orders should take from 2-7 business days. For international, it may take 1-3 weeks, depending on your country.

• An item I wanted is currently out of stock. How long will it take for a restock?

  It varies on the product. For example, prints and stickers can be restocked within a day or two, whereas charms may take up to two weeks. If you are interested in when a product will be restocked, I am more than happy to put you on a mailing list so that you can be amongst the first to know when the product will be back in stock!

• How often does this store update?

  While I don't have a set schedule per se, I plan to update the store every 3-4 weeks. If there is a delay on an update, I will notify everyone via Twitter and tumblr!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
